The Forge Internship is a 12–24 month transformational leadership and ministry development program at Camp Westminster, designed for young adults who want to grow spiritually, professionally, and personally. Through hands-on ministry, intentional discipleship, structured learning, and mentorship, interns are refined as Christ-centered leaders, equipped to serve with excellence at camp and carry that impact into every area of life.

What is The Forge Internship?
The Forge is more than a summer job or internship—it’s an intentional season of growth. Interns serve alongside full-time staff in the daily operations of Camp Westminster while engaging in leadership development, ministry experience, and guided reflection.
Every aspect of the program is designed to help interns deepen their faith, build real-world skills, and gain clarity in their calling—whether that leads to ministry, the workplace, or further education.

The Forge Internship is designed for young adults ages 18–24 who:
