Lodging

Nixon Lodge

Ideal for a group size of 30-64 guests

Nixon Lodge is our bunkhouse-style lodging. There are two wings, each with two rooms, sleeping 18 and 14 people. Each bunk room also has its own bathroom. Nixon Lodge also has a commercial kitchen available for preparing your own meals. There is a great room connecting the wings, which can be used as a meeting space or for meals.

Swann Dorm

Ideal for a group size of 15-42 guests

Swann Dorm is our hotel-style lodging. There are 14 rooms, each with a queen bed, a twin bunk bed, and a private bathroom. This building also offers a common living area for small group meetings and a small kitchen.

Cabins

Ideal for groups of 40-200+ guests

We have two cabin areas available for use.

The Morningside Cabin area has 8 cabins with 13 twin beds in each, for a total capacity of 104. The Morningside Cabins have a bathhouse that is split for co-ed groups.

The Hillside Cabin area has 10 cabins, also with 13 twin beds each, for a total capacity of 117. The bathhouse in this cabin area is not split for co-ed groups.

 

Note: Both the cabins and the bathhouses are climate-controlled.

Meeting Spaces

Tabernacle

Capacity for 300+ people

Our Tabernacle is an open-air meeting space which is excellent for larger group meetings & worship services. The Tabernacle also has a stage for speakers, music, and performances.

Winchester

Capacity for 50-100 people

The Winchester Building is a great meeting space and can be transformed into a traditional meeting space, used for events with meals, worship services, and much more.

 

The Winchester Building is located adjacent to our Morningside cabin area, which makes it an ideal meeting space for groups staying in that area.

Administrative Building

Capacity for up to 50 people

Our administrative building has a meeting room that is the perfect space for smaller groups to meet together.

Bonfires

We offer complimentary bonfires at our two main locations on our property for your group to enjoy.

​

For smaller groups we suggest the bonfire by our Morningside Cabin Area.

For our Larger groups we suggest the bonfire at our Lakefront area. 

​

Note: Groups are more than welcome to do Smores, but you will need to provide all of your own supplies.

​

We offer one complimentary meeting space for each lodging rental that is large enough to accommodate the size of your group. Extra meeting spaces may be available for an additional charge, but the availability of extra meeting spaces will be determined by the needs of other groups on the property.

  • Sample #2 – Pulled Pork Sandwich, Pickles, Chips and Salad Bar 

  • Sample #3 – Loaded Baked Potato Soup, Ham & Cheese Sandwich, Chips and Salad Bar 

Dinner 

Served with Water and Lemonade 

  • Sample #1 – Lime-Crusted Chicken, Rice, Black Beans, Roll and Salad Bar 

  • Sample #2 – Beef Taco’s, Oven-Roasted Peppers & Onions, Black Beans, Queso, Fritos, Guacamole, Salsa, Sour Cream and Salad Bar 

  • Sample #3 – Pizza Casserole, Garlic Bread and Salad Bar 

With sufficient notice, we are able to accommodate for most food allergies and dietary restrictions
